Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta

Awesome place with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a seasonal outdoor pool. When I first stayed, the staff kindly helped me find local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and great service. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Had really comfortable stay especially during the night. Got the same deluxe king room with a bath booked online, appreciated that. The hotel's location was very central, -Near to the train station.

The breakfast itself was expensive, can be better.

Although this is a large hotel the service is always consistent. I stay here sometimes 3 times per year and it is always a winner for service when someone remembers you. The rooms are well equipped and quite spacious. There has been refurbishment in the rooms so flat screen tv and new furniture is present. Room service menus provide a great selection and are very reasonably priced. Breakfast in the restaurant is also very diverse in its offerings and caters to European contintental style, American and Indonesian. You will never leave feeling hungry.

Some of the rooms on the outside of the building are susceptible to traffic noise which can be disturbing. Better to request a view over the pool if one is available.

The fitness center was a nice surprise, with a range of equipment I found quite useful. I also appreciated the lovely garden view from my room. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit run down and in need of refurbishing.

Particularly good and ideal location in an Indomaret convenience store, in the pretty comfortable area. Attentiveness of the staff. Modern room and delicious and wonderful breakfast...

A superb stay with friendly staff who were always eager to assist. The spacious rooms were super clean, and breakfast wasn't just good-it was good! The location is prime for sightseeing.

Hotel staffs were double standard, charged me twice for the internet in my room, while my colleague (Dutch) get free internet in her room. Because my name is SUNARDI, though not Indonesian but not Foreigner (Ang Mo)

Last night this hotel scary us! End up we not sleep in our room but sleep @ my sister room.

central location, pedestrian-friendly access, proximity to shopping malls

The gym and swimming pool hours are a laughable 9am to 9pm!!! An early bird like me would never enjoy those facilities. The organization for group travelers needs a serious overhaul. It's chaotic!!!

the atmosphere of the hotel is exclusive. really huge and well cleaned rooms come with extra bed and shower, for instance.

Had very nice stay in the next business trip with incredibly nice staff and magnificent location near to the airport. I had delicious and enjoyable breakfasts with the bakery and amazing fish, for instance. Location: the hotel was so close to center of business, tanah abang and thamrin shopping area, and huge range of eateries.

During my stay, I was able to explore several nearby attractions, like Plaza Indonesia and the National Museum, which were just a short ride away. The best part of my visit was the impressive breakfast spread. There were plenty of delicious choices, including local dishes that you won’t find anywhere else. I found the location to be convenient, providing a quiet retreat while still being close to the bustling shopping district. The room itself had a charming old-world decor that added to the nostalgic vibe of my stay.

Value for Money.

Nothing around, no supermarket, no grocery store, no restaurant. Furhter, flow of water in shower was very slow even at club floor room.

The club room was well furnished.

The bathroom was dated,with poor water pressure. The whole hotel smells of bleach, as if they are trying to cover the smell of something bad. The place is rather sad and dated. But the worst aspect is the service. Apart from the staff serving breakfast in the club lounge, the service is rather bad. On check out they tried to charge me more than was agreed on the Booked.net voucher. When I complained, I was told that I just did not understand how international hotels operate. (But I travel over 100,000 miles per annum). The desk staff were rude and patronising. Eventually they admitted their mistake, but made no proper apology for holding me up by 45 minutes when I needed to get to the airport. As a result of this visit, I will never use Booked.net again.
